We were looking for a new IT provider for our 3 branch law firm and went out to a number of providers in order to quote for the work.
When I first met Andy he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He listened to our requirements and came up with sensible suggestions and solutions to our various concerns and needs. He looked at the bigger picture rather than going for a short term, quick fix to problems.
We chose Focus Technology as they were competitively priced, listened to our needs, are very accessible and amendable and ticked all of the boxes in what we desired in an IT provider.
We see them as an extension to our firm which is how it should be!
